It depends on the room itself. To check what is included in the price of the room you are interested in, click on the room type and check the listed facilities, features and other conditions (for example, breakfast and taxes). Most of our suppliers will also include this information in the confirmation email.
Most of our suppliers show their prices per room for the entire length of the stay, unless otherwise stated in the room type and description.
For rooms that are labeled "non-refundable" you cannot get a refund in case of cancellation or changes in your booking. You will be charged a cancellation fee that is specified in the room conditions. For rooms labeled as “free cancellation” you are able to cancel or change your booking free of charge, if done within the time period specified by the hotel. Most of the hotels will have this written in the room conditions and your email confirmation
Keeping data accuracy is one of our main challenges, and though rare, there are incidents in which our data may differ than the supplier’s site data. The most likely explanation is a change in inventory during the time that passed from the moment we retrieve the fares and until you chose the product and booking supplier. In other cases, we may quote a price for a room while the supplier quoted a price per bed, and that may create a significant price difference. If you see a case like that, please contact us as we would work to iron such defects. However, you should also assure that the details on the booking site match your expectation before completing the booking.
When searching for a hotel you will be given the option to specify the number of adults and children you are travelling with. The search results will then be limited only to those hotels that match your requirements. Please note that the price indicated will be for the whole room, not per person.

The address of the hotel is always displayed at the top of each hotel page. Also by clicking the “Show map” button in the top right corner above the search results, you will be able to see the position of a hotel on the map. In addition to this, once you have made a booking your confirmation email will contain the address of your hotel.
Yes! Once you have entered your destination and your dates of travel you will be shown a list of available hotels. This can be done two ways. (1) When making a reservation of the room you can ask for an additional bed in the “Additional/Special requests” field that most of our suppliers offer; (2) If you have already booked a room, you can ask for an additional bed by contacting the hotel, either by email or phone. Please note that in both cases, these added costs are not included in the reservation price.
In most cases, yes. Although booking conditions vary across suppliers and product owners, most hotels will require you to have a credit card as a guarantee of your reservation. Only a small number of hotels will offer you a reservation without a credit card. Please note that most of our suppliers use the credit card only as a guarantee of the reservation, while actual payments are usually done in the hotel on the first or last day of your stay. Depending on the room policy your credit card may get charged in case of cancellation, late cancellation or no show. Most hotels do not require an advance payment or deposit, but may require your credit card number as a guarantee of the booking. If you do not cancel your room in timely manner, or in a case of no show, most hotels will charge your credit card for the first night.
As soon as you have completed the booking process on one of our suppliers’ sites, the confirmation page will appear, signalizing that the booking is complete. In addition, all the suppliers we work with send instant email confirmation to the email address you provided upon booking. If the booking confirmation is not found in your inbox, try checking your spam folder, as it might have found its way there by mistake.
Since you did not book the hotel on our site, we have no access to the booking data. There are two ways to recreate this data: The first is by email, as all the suppliers we work with send instant email confirmation to the email address you provided upon booking. If the booking confirmation is not found in your inbox, try checking your spam folder, as it might have found its way there by mistake. A second method is to contact the supplier through which you have made the reservation and ask them to send you the confirmation again. In addition, you could also review the payment method (mostly credit cards) that was used in the booking. Following the supplier name mentioned on your credit card statement, you could contact the support center of the supplier and retrieve your booking details.
Booking conditions vary across suppliers, and even within a specific supplier’s offering you may see differences that depend on the product owner conditions and booking time. Some suppliers mostly use your payment method for guarantee but you are only charged upon check in at the hotel, while others charge anything from a partial amount to the full amount on the date of the booking. These differences are clearly stated on the supplier site ‘booking conditions’ and you are advised to read these carefully before completing a booking.
The answer to this question depends on the policy of the hotel you book. For example, some hotels may ask you to present the credit card the booking was made with upon check-in, while others will accept another credit card as long as it carries the name of one of the guests/renters. These requirements are usually stated on the ‘booking conditions’ which are referred to on the supplier’s site and you are advised to read these carefully before completing a booking.
It depends on the policy of the hotel you have booked with, but most of the hotels allow timely cancellation if done within the time period set by the hotel. These types of rooms will be labeled with a “Free cancellation” tag. If you do not cancel this type of room in timely manner, or in a case of no show, most hotels will charge your credit card for the first night. For rooms that are labeled "non-refundable" you cannot get a refund in case of cancellation or changes in your booking. You will be charged a cancellation fee that is specified in the room conditions. Therefore we advise you to check the cancellation policy for your room before making any changes to your booking.
The cancellation can be done only on the supplier’s site through which the booking was made. Please note that this can be done only if the hotel’s cancellation policy allows it. Therefore we advise you to check the cancellation policy for your room before making any changes to your booking. Most of our suppliers include the specific room cancellation information beside the room type. You will also receive the cancellation policy as a part of your confirmation email.
